Refund policy

Qualifying items are returnable/exchangeable within 5 days of receiving order. Items that do not qualify for any return/exchange include, and are not limited to, lingerie, panties, sets that include underwear, adult toys, lubricants. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee of $5.99.

Halloween Seasonal Return Policy

Costumes ordered before October 20th can be returned within 5 days of receiving order for a refund. Must be in original condition. 
Customer is responsible for return shipping fee of $5.99 which will be deducted from credit.

Any order for costumes placed on or after October 20th will only be eligible for store credit.
