Shipping & Packaging
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All adult product orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes or poly mailers with no indication of the contents on the outside. There are no logos, product names, or store branding visible on the packaging. Costume and clothing orders will ship in a logo envelope.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days. Expedited options (2-4 day) are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days are usually processed the same day.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship primarily within the US. Limited international shipping may be available at checkout.
Billing Privacy
What will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
Your statement will show a discreet descriptor — "PLAYTHINGS" or "PLAYTHINGSMIAMI.COM" — with no reference to specific products or categories.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your full card details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (including toys, lingerie and thong bodysuits) are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return or exchange?
you may create a return request via the link provided in your order confirmation email. You can also Email us at shopplaythingsmiami@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we'll cover it. Flat return shipping fee if $5.99.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do I find my size for costumes?
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page, as sizing can vary by style. When in doubt, size up — most of our costumes are designed with some stretch for a comfortable fit.
How do I measure myself?
Use a soft measuring tape and measure your bust, waist, and hips in inches. Compare those measurements to the size chart on the product listing. If you're between sizes, refer to the fit notes on the product page or contact us for guidance.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our styles are available in extended sizes. Filter by size on the collection page or reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.
